At present, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
We’re happy to offer free shipping on orders over $40. Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. You will receive two emails. The first will immediately be sent to the email you provided while ordering and will confirm your purchase. This is not confirmation that your order has shipped. Once processing and shipment have been fulfilled, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 business hours after your order has shipped to receive your tracking number. After leaving our studio, USPS typically delivers in 5 business days.
We do not provide expedited shipping at this time.

If you have any problems with your order, contact us. Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handcrafted and natural so slight variations and separation of ingredients is natural.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES:
We know how important it is to love the products you use every day.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund. Email us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Again, please email us BEFORE you send back the item(s). You can email us at email@example.com
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
We will be more than happy to assist you in picking out an item in exchange or taking the item back if you don't absolutely love it.
MISSING PACKAGE OR BROKEN ITEMS
We do not accept responsibility if a product says delivered by the postal service but customer claims to not have product. We recommend that you request signature confirmation in the order notes if you have had trouble with packages disappearing. We will gladly assume that cost. Any lost or stolen packages will have to be taken up between the customer and postal service. We will accept responsibility if we put in a wrong address from what was given to us or if the package is lost in the mail with proof from postal service.
If your item(s) arrive broken or compromised please contact us immediately and include a picture of the damaged items. We will be sure to help you with the issue.
We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two weeks.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If applicable, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com . We will notify you of a return address via email.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send to the correct location or refund the purchaser for the full amount depending upon agreed method.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item please consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
